Our 1st studio can accommodate up to
3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 small children (extra supplement
may apply - see Rates page for details). It is decorated and
furnished to a very high standard. Wall-mounted air-conditioning/heating
unit - remote controlled and coin operated.
There is a wall-mounted TV with many English Channels - so you need
not miss your favourite soap whilst on holiday.
There is also a radio/hi-fi and a selection of music tapes. |

It has 2 single, pull-down wardrobe beds, each with
a full depth single mattress. It also has a double sofa-bed for use by a
3rd person or young children. There are duvets in the base of the sofa-bed.
All bed linen is supplied. Closing the beds up when not being used gives
the studio much more living space during the day. There are 2 comfortable
recliner chairs to sit in. |
| There is a dining table which opens out large enough to accommodate 4 people, should you wish to entertain!

The kitchen is fully equipped and, unlike most other studios, has a full-sized electric oven and 4-ring electric hob; fridge with freezer compartment; microwave, toaster, kettle and full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils. Opposite the kitchen area is a cupboard housing a washing machine, iron, ironing board and other household utensils.

| The 180 degree views from the balcony are stunning - to the pools & Paloma Park and then the sea in one direction; to the mountains in the other. The balcony gets afternoon and early evening sun, perfect for a sunbathing lunch or a G & T before dinner. There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony as well as a wind-down awning to provide shade.
