To secure any booking period, we will require a deposit (around
30%). This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation,
but will be deducted from the balance payment. Balance payment
can either be made in cash in euros on arrival or in sterling
into UK bank account 4 weeks prior to arrival in Spain.
For long-term rentals (i.e. 3 weeks or more), we will always
be prepared to negotiate a reduced rate. Special late availability
deals available too. |

There is no strict changeover day (we prefer to be flexible), but there will be a supplement of £25 per booking period if arrival day is not a Saturday.
There will be a supplement for a 3rd and 4th person staying in the studios.
Arrival and departure times usually 2pm and 11 am respectively, but earlier arrivals and later departures will be accommodated where possible.
