| Apartment B is a very large and airy 1-bedroom apartment on the corner of the 1st floor of Minerva. It is right next door to Apartment A so particularly suitable for families or groups travelling together. It can accommodate 2 people or a couple with 2 small children. It is bright and modern and although it has no air-conditioning, it does not really need it as it has a wonderful through breeze. New double sofa bed and recliner armchair in the lounge, dining table and chairs, remote controlled TV. |

In the bedroom, there is a double bed, chest of drawers and plenty of storage space in the large wardrobe. The sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate child(ren). All linen and towels supplied, with extras and blankets in the hall cupboard. |
| The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge + freezer box, microwave, free-standing oven with hob, toaster, kettle, all pots and pans, etc.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom and iron and ironing board in the hall cupboard. |

Apartment B has a spectacular, large wrap-round, L-shaped balcony with table and chairs. The 180 degree views to the gardens, the sea and the pools are stunning and you get the sun all day, whatever time of year. Believe me...you will never want to leave this balcony! |
